- New rafters are 2×12, old were 2×8

- Out with the old, in with the new

- Another top plate added to correct bird’s mouth
-
- Did you know a 2x12x12 costs $14.66? I do now.

- 1 side replaced and wrapped, ready for the rain
-
- New soffits
-
- Side 2 replaced and wrapped
-
- Framing for new transom window in bathroom
-
- New rafters in office
Looks good, guys… I can’t wait to have a celebratory get-together with you, when it’s all over… But I do hope we’ll see you sooner than that!
