Sugaring at the Ryther’s

We made maple syrup at Old Mill Hollow in Mount Vision, NY this past weekend at our friends Brian and Lisa’s sugarhouse. Freshly boiled maple syrup is good enough to sip from the bottle. The irony of travelling from VT to NY to make maple syrup was not lost on us. To add more, much of the syrup they produce is wholesaled to a company in VT, which in turn exports it to Canada!
